The Great Barrier Reef is one of the world's most amazing and unique natural spectacles. Visible from outer space, this 348000 square kilometres Natural Wonder of the World is a must for everyone to experience. It extends for some 2300 kilometres along the northeastern coast of Queensland, Australia, to Bundaberg in the south. To put it in perspective it covers an area about the size of the United Kingdom or the length of the entire Japanese Island chain.
The Agincourt Ribbon Reefs where Poseidon operates is 70 kilometres North East of Port Douglas and are long narrow reefs located along the very Outer Edge of the Great Barrier Reef. Being some of the most pristine areas of the entire Great Barrier Reef they are home to thriving coral gardens, a huge variety of marine life and some of the best reef snorkelling and diving opportunities in the world.

08:30: Departure Depart for Outer Barrier Reef.
10:20: Arrival Arrive at 1st Agincourt Reef Site.
11:20: Transit Transit to 2nd Agincourt Reef Site.
11:30: Arrival Arrive at 2nd Agincourt Reef Site.
12:00: Lunchtime Buffet lunch served.
13:20: Transit Transit to 3rd Agincourt Reef Site.
13:30: Arrival Arrive at 3rd Agincourt Reef Site.
13:30: Tea time Afternoon tea served.
14:30: Boarding All passengers board for final passenger count.
14:40: Return journey Commence return journey.
16:15: Arrival Arrive at Reef Marina.
What to bring: Camera, swimming costume, beach towel, hat, sunscreen, a shirt for sun protection, cash for drinks at the bar, credit card for shopping, additional dives, underwater digital cameras available for hire and certification card for certified divers.
Conditions: The minimum age is 12 yrs.
Please check in at the Poseidon or Quicksilver reservations counter inside the Port Douglas Reef Marina between 07:30 and 08:00. Poseidon departs the marina at 8:30. Our staff will issue you with your boarding pass and direct you to our vessel.
